All returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. Returns require prior authorization and will be issued as store credit only, valid for one year from the date of issue. Returned items must be unworn, with original tags and packaging intact.

Order Cancellation
To cancel an order placed with ConejoWesternWear.com, please email us at contact@conejowesternwear.com
Cancellation requests must be made within one hour of placing the order on the same day.
All cancellations require authorization before processing. Once approved, the cancellation will be reflected in your order status, and a full refund will be issued within 2–7 business days.

Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
- All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Once merchandise is received and inspected by our returns department, store credit will be issued, valid for up to one year.
- Any refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable orders due to customer error are subject to a 20% restocking fee, plus all applicable shipping charges.
- SALE items and promotional orders are non-refundable.
- Size exchanges are allowed at the customer’s expense. You are responsible for shipping to and from our facility.

Delivery within the U.S. typically takes 2–6 business days after processing.
Each order includes a tracking number sent via email for real-time updates.
Please note: We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by natural events or weather conditions.
Saturdays and Sundays are not considered business days.
